The Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has arrested and charged a male in connection with an early morning break and enter.
Wasaga Beach – On October 22, 2025, shortly after 5:00 a.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a break and enter in progress in the area of Cedar Grove Parkway and Mosley Street. Minutes later, officers arrived on scene and located the suspect. The 49-year-old male was arrested without incident.
As a result, the 49-year-old male, of no fixed address, was charged with:
- Break and enter a dwelling house
- Mischief
- Trespass at night
- Failure to comply with a probation order
- Disobeying a court order
The accused was held for a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Barrie on October 22, 2025.
