    Sharing is SO MUCH APPRECIATED!

(Huronia West, ON) – Members from the Huronia West Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) had an increased presence outside of Worsley Public School in relation to threats.

On February 14, 2025, at approximately 9:31 a.m., officers were contacted by the Principal of Worsley Public School in relation to threats made towards the school. Officers attended the school while an investigation was conducted. It was determined through a thorough investigation that the allegations were false and there was no threat to public safety. Worsley Public School did not go into lockdown as officers remained on scene throughout the day to ensure the safety of students and faculty.
