Many thanks to all who attended our casual Collingwood piano recital on Thursday, August 28. The howling wind made for tricky performance conditions.
However, 3 piano students from Mountain Maestro Music studio braved the breezes to perform for our enthusiastic audience, which included newcomers from Ukraine, friends, parents & and my favourite pooch, Ben.
The fine young Collingwood performers were: Averie Faulkner (10), Heath Faulkner (13) originally from England & Solomiia Rybak (16) from Lviv, Ukraine.
It is a real privilege to teach these delightful, international youngsters. Special thanks to John Malloy & Joanne Landry for their monumental support.
