Boi is a 6 years, 2 months old male Large Mixed Breed who weighs 37 kilograms and has been with us for 60 days.

I’m Boi, a 6-year-old gentle giant, professional cuddler, sunshine enthusiast, and part-time squirrel security guard. I’m a sweet, sensitive gentleman who loves leaning into my people for pets, getting a good ear scratch, and relaxing in a sunny spot. Indoors, I’m basically a very handsome couch potato who enjoys being groomed, snoozing on my bed, and keeping my humans company.

I do enjoy my peace and quiet… unless a squirrel or chipmunk shows up. Then my peaceful zen lifestyle is temporarily cancelled because SOMEONE has to deal with these intruders. I also have a goofy side and may bounce, softly bark, or throw in an adorable howl when I’m excited.

I walk nicely on leash, settle well, and love spending time with my people. I’m looking for experienced adopters who understand big dogs and can give me gentle, positive guidance. I’m selective about my dog friends, so slow introductions are important, and my history with cats is unknown. I’d do best with sturdy kids 8+. If you have another dog at home please bring them with you to meet me to make sure we get along!

If you’re looking for a big-hearted gentleman who loves cuddles, sunshine, and keeping the neighbourhood squirrels on their toes, I think we should meet.

Because October is Adopt a Shelter Dog Month, my adoption fee is has been reduced to $225 to help me find my home that much faster. My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, dewormer and a microchip.

Meet Black Friday

Black Friday is a 5 months old female Domestic Shorthair/Mix cat who weighs 2 kilograms and has been with us for 44 days.

Hi, I’m Black Friday, and I’m offering the best deal around: one adorable 4-month-old kitten with gorgeous black fur and a whole lot of sweetness.

There is just one small catch. I’m shy.

I’m still learning that people aren’t scary, so I may need a little extra time to feel comfortable around my humans. I’m not the kitten who will immediately run up and say, “Take me home!” I’m more likely to hang back, observe the situation and carefully decide when I’m ready to participate.

But with patience, kindness and a little time, I’m learning that people can be safe and loving. Underneath my cautious exterior is a very sweet kitten who is just waiting to feel confident enough to show it.

No crowds, no chaos and no fighting over the last item on the shelf required. Just a patient family who understands that some of the best things take a little time.

My adoption fee is $225, and it sets me up for a healthy, happy start-spay/neuter, up-to-date vaccinations, internal and external parasite treatments, and my very own microchip ID are all included!
