The Town of The Blue Mountains would like to advise the public that outdoor recreation facilities and public washrooms have begun opening for the season.
Town Tennis Courts
The Town maintains a total of six tennis courts across the municipality at Bayview Park, Boyer Park and Nipissing Ridge Park. All courts are open to the public on a first come, first serve basis, outside of commercial/for profit bookings and Club Hours noted on the Tennis Courts web page. All users are asked to abide by the court rules and guidelines.
Municipal Golf Course
The Golf Course is expected to open for the season on Friday, May 8.
Single rounds for the upcoming season will be $25 per round for adults, and free for children ages 19 and under. Tee times can be booked up to five days in advance using any of the following methods:
- Over the phone by calling (519) 599-3131 ext. 350
- Online by emailing the golf course
- In person by visiting the starter shack
Tee times are booked every 10 minutes, with the first being at 8:00 a.m. and the last at 6:00 p.m. Please note that tee times are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Staff will be onsite at the starter shack this week from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily for Season Pass purchases. See below for membership options:
Membership Pricing Options
- Residents (20-60 years of age) – $380
- Residents (60+ years of age) – $330
- Non-residents (20-60 years of age) – $435
- Non-residents (60+ years of age) – $380
In addition, the Town would like to advise interested businesses that hole sponsorships are available at $320.00 (+ HST) per hole for the season.
Pickleball Courts
The Pickleball Courts at the Municipal Recreation Complex will be opening on Friday, May 8.
As a reminder to pickleball players, Court #1 is non-bookable (except for tournaments) and is open to play on a first come, first serve basis. If any of the other courts are not booked, they can also be played on a first come, first serve basis.
