Save Georgian Bay and its Fundraising Committee are inviting you to our Enchanted Evening, Saturday, August 10, on the Niagara Escarpment starting at 5:00 pm for sushi and roll platters, local wines, beer, cider, signature mocktail of lemon mint on a panoramic patio of Georgian Bay. Mingle, enjoy the sounds of music or enter the silent art auction of local artists in our tent.
Following appetizers on the patio, enter our tent to savour the international food stations featuring: Polonez cold fresh beet borscht, sour cream, dill, and cucumber on the side or, enjoy grass fed spring lamb, stuffed vine leaves, zucchini, mini kibbeh, pickled turnips, homemade hummus & silky pita!
Sample indigenous smoked salmon or white fish from the Saugeen Ojibway Nation Territory or poached trout and grilled vegetables from the Meaford Farmers’ Market.
Enjoy the music of renowned guitarist and singer, Jayden Grahlman and other local musicians, including young singer Maya Thompson.
Stay the evening to watch the sunset, enjoy a delightful dessert table and cool off while the musicians are still playing.

If you cannot attend, please click on the Donate button for a tax receipt. When you purchase a ticket, you will get an address for the Enchanted Evening on the Escarpment, Captain’s Court, Meaford.
Proceeds from this fundraiser will help us to continue our mission to educate communities around the Bay, deliver deputations to councils, meet with Provincial and Federal politicians, create radio ads, signs, postcard mailings, and deliver petitions.
