We here at Glacial Erratic make a lot of jokes, but we take our mysticism seriously – We noticed that most meditation music is composed of weird synth noises and etheric flutes and stuff like that.
None of it ROCKS!
We know that we get into a deep meditative state whenever we rock out, so it seemed only natural for us to try and find a way to really convey that same deeply awesome flow state experience to our listeners via our recordings.
Luckily, our bassist/producer Josh (founder of @rockstarintuition ) is also a literal wizard, so he converted one of our most rockin’ tracks into a binaural beat synchronized to the heart-beat of mother earth – the Schumann Resonance (7.83 hz)
He also tweaked the tuning to “precise temperament” tuning (thanks @robertedwardgrant) of A = 432.081 hz which is vibrationally attuned to the root note of creation, or something like that. Essentially, it’s the PRFCT tuning for music.
We think it came out awesome! Listen to it with the intention of getting into a meditative state, using headphones.
DO NOT listen while driving, it might make you sleepy!
