    Meet Delta

Delta is a 8 months old male Large Mixed Breed who weighs 25 kilograms.

    Hi!

I’m Delta – a big, bouncy 8 month old puppy with the sweetest face, the floppiest ears, and a heart bursting with love. I’m still just a youngster learning how to be brave in a big, noisy world – and I’m looking for someone patient and kind to help guide me through it. I’m super affectionate once I feel safe – I love cuddles, gentle pets, and being your shadow around the house. I might be shy at first (especially around new places and doorways – yikes!) and sometimes I do a little nervous retreat with a bark or two. But give me time, gentle encouragement, and I’ll come around with my tail wagging. I’m a bit of a goofball too. I like to jump up to say hi, and I’ve got that classic big puppy energy (and size!) that’s both charming and clumsy.

I walk fairly well on leash but I might zigzag if I get nervous or see something exciting like a squirrel or another dog. But here’s a secret: I’m way more confident if I’m walking with a dog buddy! I’ve met other dogs in the shelter and had a blast off-leash – I love to be chased and do some chasing of my own! I’d love a home with another friendly, confident dog who can show me the ropes (but please introduce us slowly – I’m a little too enthusiastic at first). I lived with cats before and did just fine! I did great with kids of all ages in my previous home. Just remember I’m a big puppy – I might knock over tiny humans with my love. I’m looking for an experienced, positive, loving family who will teach me to be the bestest boy ever! I know I can do it!

My adoption fee is $400 and includes my spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, dewormer and a microchip. If you want to learn more about me, please come visit the GTHS and speak with one of the amazing Adoption Counsellors! The GTHS is open for adoptions from 12pm-4:00pm, every single day of the week and they would be thrilled to introduce you to me! I can’t wait to meet you and am looking forward to starting my new life with my new family!

    Big puppy tail wags,

    Delta

Note that many dogs do not reach full size until they are about a year and a half old. The weight listed here is Delta’s current weight.

    Meet Napoleon (PetSmart Mapleview Barrie)

Napoleon (PetSmart Mapleview Barrie) is a 1 year, 2 months old male Domestic Medium Hair/Mix cat who weighs 3 kilograms.

    Hi there!

I’m Napoleon – one-year-old heartthrob, professional attention-seeker, and wand toy enthusiast. I’m sweet, charming, and absolutely adore being the center of your universe. Pet me, talk to me, tell me I’m handsome (because I am)… I soak it all up. Buuuut I’ll be honest with you – sometimes I get really into all that attention and, well… I might throw in a surprise love nibble or a dramatic swat. I’m not being mean, I’m just a passionate guy with big feelings and a flair for theatrics. If you can read feline body language (or are willing to learn), we’ll get along famously. I’m not a fan of other cats – in fact, I like to be the one and only king of the castle. Trust me, I’ve got more than enough personality to go around. As for kids, I’m great with older ones (12+), especially if they know the difference between “pet me more” and “I’m done, peasant.” If you’re looking for a dashing, playful, slightly dramatic feline companion with a love for wand toys and the spotlight – congratulations. You just found me.

My adoption fee is $185 and includes my spay/neuter, internal and external parasite treatments, up to date vaccinations and an ID microchip! If you want to learn more about me, please come visit me at PetSmart Mapleview in Barrie and they would be thrilled to introduce you to me! I can’t wait to meet you and am looking forward to starting my new life with my new family!

    Regally yours,

    Napoleon
