We hope you’ve been doing well and enjoying a shift into spring. There’s something about this time of year that makes us want to reset and feel a little more like ourselves again. 

Lately, I’ve been noticing how many people are feeling overwhelmed, stretched, or simply tired and not always in a way that more “pushing” or “doing” can fix.

So we created something simple and supportive: Rest & Renew: A Free 7-Day Nervous System Reset Challenge.

This is a gentle, guided experience with a variety of short daily practices/guidance (around 15 minutes or less) designed to help you:

• calm your body and mind

• release stress and tension

• feel more grounded and steady

• reconnect with yourself in a realistic way

There’s no pressure, no need to do anything perfectly, and you can follow on your own time.
