I often recommend starting with your bread when you want to cut down on ultra processed foods. This is one of my favourite swaps. It is an easy homemade bread that gives you more protein, more fibre and none of the additives you often find in supermarket loaves. It takes about 10 minutes to prep, you can slice and freeze it for the week, and, trust me, you donât need any baking skills.
