Five years after their riveting first appearance, the festival is proud to welcome back tango virtuosos the Payadora Ensemble, this time with beloved broadcaster Tom Allen as narrator, and esteemed vocalist Elbio Fernandez performing the mesmerizing, sizzling Argentinian folk tale “Legend of Carau”.
