Town of The Blue Mountains Launches New Recreation Booking System

Sharing is SO MUCH APPRECIATED!

The Town of The Blue Mountains is excited to announce the launch of a new system to manage its recreation facility availability and scheduling. The new system streamlines the booking process by allowing the public to view availability, request bookings and securely make payment entirely online.

The platform is built on the Univerus Rec system, and includes all of the Town’s parks, pavilions, pickleball courts, tennis courts, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, indoor spaces and ice times.

“This is a big step forward for residents and staff in terms of overall efficiency,” says the Town’s Director of Community Services Ryan Gibbons. “This platform will make the process more convenient by allowing the public to request bookings and make payments any time they choose.”

The platform is now live and can be accessed from the Facility Rentals page on the Town’s website. Individual web pages for each of the Town’s facilities will have direct links to view availability.

A set of Frequently Asked Questions have been prepared and can be access on the Town’s Univerus Public website
