    Another swingin’ triumph of a show! Huge props to our pals at Baytowne Big Band for absolutely stealing the spotlight.

    The Big Band Swing era is back, courtesy of The Baytowne Big Band. Formed back in the 1980s from Barrie, this 20-piece jazz ensemble has been entertaining everyone who has a passion for the sounds of Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Stan Kenton and so many others. MUSIC IS IN OUR BLOOD!

    South Georgian Bay Music Foundation is delighted to present this summer’s music series: Jazz & Blues Live at The Station.

    • July 9 – Lance Anderson and Nola Parrish
    • July 16 – Erin McCallum
    • July 23 – The Hogtown Allstars
    • July 30 – Sherri Jackson Band
    • What: An all ages/ family friendly,  FREE and accessible music series
    • When: 6 – 8pm, June 25, July 2, July 9, July 16, July 23, July 30
    • Where: The Station Park, Collingwood Museum, 45 St. Paul Street, Collingwood ON
    • Cost: FREE and accessible! No admission is charged. Donations are encouraged
    • What to bring: Please bring your lawn chair, camping chair or blanket to sit on at the concerts and don’t forget to bring your dancing shoes.
    • Collingwood Ice Cream Co. will be providing cool summer treats, beer & snacks from Sidelaunch Brewing .
    • Looking forward to having The John Saunders Centre as the new rain date venue.
