๐ The Office Christmas Party & Widow Wonderland November 24โ28, 2026 | The Marsh Street Centre | Clarksburg
Directed by Emily Oriold & Jamie Williams from The Foster Festival
Canadaโs most beloved playwright has an extraordinary gift for making us laugh while touching our hearts, and this holiday season weโre bringing you TWO brand-new Norm Foster comedies in one fabulous evening of theatre!
THE OFFICE CHRISTMAS PARTY
Itโs Christmas Eve at Buxtonโs Department Store, and Kelly Newman has arrived ready to take on her new role as Office Manager. Unfortunately, she runs into James Rose, the man whose job sheโs replacing! What could possibly go wrong? With two strangers, an awkward situation, and a Christmas party underway, Norm Foster finds the humour and humanity in an unexpected holiday encounter.
WIDOW WONDERLAND
Two people, both alone for the holidays, find themselves seated together at their apartment buildingโs Christmas dinner. Michael and Sharon are strangers, and what follows is a delightfully awkward, wonderfully funny, and ultimately heartwarming evening of getting to know one another. Could an unexpected Christmas dinner lead to something special? These two charming one-act comedies feature real-life husband-and-wife acting teams, bringing an extra touch of warmth and chemistry to the stage. This is going to be fun! So gather your friends, plan a festive dinner before the show, or organize a group from your Probus Club or other social club, workplace or neighbourhood. What a lovely way to kick off the holiday season!
