Notice of Community Engagement Session – 208 Peel Street North Park and Tennis Court Rehab

The Town of The Blue Mountains is holding a Community Engagement Session to provide an update on the rehabilitation of the tennis courts located at 208 Peel Street North, and to gauge public interest in the future use and development of the remainder of the property. 

The rehabilitation of the existing tennis courts and formalization of a recreation trail, parking and access was approved by Council through the 2026 Town Budget. Town Staff and the Landscape Architect have identified opportunities for further enhancements which could include a playground, additional seating and shade. These elements will be presented for budget approval if they are supported by the community. 

All those interested in the project are invited to attend the Community Engagement Session. The event will include a presentation and opportunity to ask questions. The meeting will be recorded and posted to the project page for anyone unable to attend in person.
