Collingwood, ON [12 May 2026] – Sunset Point Park is set to come alive with music as Sunset Sessions takes to the stage on Saturday, May 23, 2026, showcasing the incredible talents of local youth musicians under the age of 18.
This free, live music initiative transforms Sunset Point Park Stage (35 St. Lawrence Street) into a vibrant outdoor concert venue. Starting at 4:00 p.m., audiences are invited to experience original performances from ten (10) emerging youth artists.
“Sunset Sessions is all about creating a platform for young talent to shine while bringing the community together in a memorable setting,” says Jennifer Parker, Manager, Culture & Events. “It’s a chance to celebrate creativity, connection, and the energy of live music.”
Give Back While You Groove
In addition to enjoying the performances, attendees are encouraged to support the community by bringing donations for the Collingwood Youth Centre’s community pantry.
Requested items include:
- Shelf-stable food
- Personal hygiene products
