The Collingwood United Girls Academy is a fun, inclusive development program designed to keep girls engaged, confident, and loving the game. Focused on skill development, creativity, and decision-making, the Academy provides a supportive environment where players can grow at their own pace while building friendships and confidence on and off the field.
Led by Coach Gen Barrasso, a former CUSC player, the program is delivered by an all-female coaching team who understand and support the unique needs of female athletes. The Academy emphasizes enjoyment, long-term development, and access for all, with affordable programming and financial support available to ensure cost is not a barrier.
